WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?

You will receive your product order within 3 business days after the order is submitted.

HOW ARE ORDERS PACKAGED?

The hydrangeas are carefully packed in a nice box. We are not responsible for transport and damage to the package that occurs during shipping.

CAN I COLLECT THE ORDER IN PERSON?

Sorry, but orders can’t be picked up personally. Send us an email to determine your nearest retail sale location.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once the order is placed, you will receive an email from us with a track and trace code. Input this code on the shipper’s website to track the status of your order.
